Middelfart is a cozy provincial town on Fyn! It is known for its Bridgewalking and Nordic ceramic art museum.  The name comes from the old name Melfar which means “the water you travel between” or “the middle crossing”which refers to the ferry traffic between Jylland and Fyn. Some names you might recognize!  We often refer to this cozy favorite as "Middie" for short.
