At Duckfeet USA, we want you to love your handcrafted footwear. If your boots or shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your footwear is in its original, unworn condition and packed in the original shoe box to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or a new size.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your Duckfeet in an outer shipping box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
